How long does shipping take?

All items in The Oregon Clinic Employee Store are made-to-order and will be shipped out within 2-3 weeks of the purchase date. Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, expedited shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your location. Please note that our fulfillment partner is located in Bend, OR and expedited shipping to Portland, OR may only take 1-2 days faster than regular ground shipping. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations.

What is your return policy?

All apparel items are custom imprinted when ordered. Therefore we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on apparel items. Please use the size chart on the spec sheet for each apparel item to order the correct size.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right without making it weird!

How do I start a return for a damaged or incorrect item?
